Whether competing at an elite level or just recreationally we all want do better at our chosen sports, and in order to achieve an increase in performance, an increase in strength and sport specific conditioning is required.  

 

Working alongside coaches to assist in designing specific programmes that address the particular needs of the athletes, teams and sport is key with research has demonstrated that not only does training improve performance; it also shows that that incorrect training can cause decrements to performance 1  

 

Whether it is speed, strength, flexibility, stability or endurance that is needed, a rounded approach to improve physical performance will be necessary.

 

This involves assessing the requirements of the sporting activity as well current biomechanics, strength, mobility and stability of the individual so a bespoke program can be designed to specifically improve performance AND reduce your chance of injury, allowing you enjoy your sport pain free and better for longer.
